Celeritech operates an SMS messaging program to support customer care communications related to our EZ Food cloud-native ERP platform for food and beverage operations. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description & Use Cases

Our SMS messaging program is used exclusively for:

Responding to customer inquiries and support requests submitted via our website.
Providing updates on the status of your service requests or consultations.
Sending appointment confirmations or reminders related to product demonstrations.
Delivering customer care communications about your account or onboarding progress.

This program is not used for promotional marketing, advertising, or unsolicited commercial messages.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

Text STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from Celeritech. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Email: Send an opt-out request to info@celeritech.com with your phone number and a request to unsubscribe.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may opt in again through our website.

Celeritech does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any associated costs.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Celeritech and mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other participating carriers) are not liable for:

Delayed or undelivered messages due to network conditions, device compatibility, or carrier issues.
Any errors in the content, timeliness, or delivery of any SMS message.
Any charges incurred by you from your mobile carrier in connection with receiving SMS messages.
Service interruptions, technical failures, or any damages resulting from the use of the SMS messaging program.

Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program. All responsibility for message content rests solely with Celeritech.

6. Age Restriction

🔞 You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in Celeritech's SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to agree to these terms. If we discover that a participant is under 18, their enrollment will be immediately terminated.

7. Privacy
